If you are a full time employee of CMC, working 30 hours or more per week, you are eligible for benefits.
You may enroll eligible dependents for CMC benefits if you submit the required documentation by your enrollment deadline:

Enroll for benefits and provide documentation for any eligible dependents you wish to cover within your enrollment period.
If you fail to complete your enrollment by the deadline, you will not have coverage in any benefits that require you to pay premiums. You will only receive benefits that are 100% paid by CMC.
